Extensive fabric condition surveys were carried out for an Edinburgh World Heritage Grant Application for the end block of four flats to the Pilrig Colonies, the earliest example of Colonies style housing later developed throughout Edinburgh.
Works include stabilisation of the front elevation, rebuilding chimney stacks and replacement of windows, gutter linings, roof coverings and consolidation of existing masonry.
